  • Representing software company pursuing misappropriation of proprietary information and breach of contract claims relating to software developed to service home energy audits and appliance recycling programs;
  • Representing patent owner in infringement actions relating to t-shirt transfer products;
  • Represented accused infringer/patent owner in case regarding infringement of medical claims software patent;
  • Represented accused infringer in case alleging infringement of a patent concerning a hemostasis device;
  • Represented accused infringer in case alleging infringement of patent concerning manufacturing process for fishing line and patent concerning fishing lure composition
  • Represented defendant in false marking case and obtained dismissal on motion;
  • Represented a major engineering firm in over 120 lawsuits arising from the 35W Bridge collapse.
