Biography
Michelle Dawson is the Co-Founder of Padmanabhan & Dawson, PLLC, which is a leading boutique law firm in the field of plaintiff-side intellectual property litigation. Like the majority of Padmanabhan & Dawson’s lawyers, Michelle began her legal career at a large law firm in the Midwest, representing all types of clients, from small companies to Fortune 500 companies in technology related areas, including patent, trademark, trade secret and contract law disputes. Michelle is dedicated to giving back to the community, including teaching a course on patent law at a local law school.

- Obtained multi-million-dollar jury verdict in favor of client, prevailing on all counts, in patent infringement action relating to inkjet dark fabric transfer technology;
- Represented accused infringer in a patent infringement action related to USB storage devices;
- Represented plaintiff in infringement matter relating to formatted magnetic data storage tapes; settled during trail;
