- Representing life sciences company pursuing trade secret misappropriation claims relating to cell culture devices;
- Representing corporation in breach of contract dispute relating to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technology;
- Representing software company pursuing unjust enrichment and breach of contract claims involving software in the utility industry
- Member of the trial team that obtained a multi-million dollar jury verdict in favor of client, prevailing on all counts, in patent infringement action relating to image transfer technology;
- Member of the trial team that obtained jury verdict in favor of client, prevailing upon counterclaims for misappropriation of confidential information and conversion in matter relating to spine implant technology;
- Represented public university in state court matter involving ownership of intellectual properties and breach of contract, resulting in assignment of all intellectual property at issue to client;
- Prevailed upon motion to dismiss claims in trademark dispute before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board;
- Represented accused infringer in a patent infringement action related to USB storage devices;
