Biography

Devan Padmanabhan has been practicing intellectual property law for over 30 years. He is currently the Co-Founder of Padmanabhan & Dawson PLLC. Padmanabhan & Dawson is a leading boutique law firm in the field of plaintiff-side intellectual property litigation.

Devan cut his teeth at a large law firm in the Midwest and has represented clients of all sizes from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies in matters relating to intellectual property rights, copyright, and trade secret misappropriation.

He remains passionate about giving back to the community in Minneapolis and has taught a course on Intellectual Property Law at a local law school for the over 15 years.
